Welcome!

Hello everyone, and welcome to my first blog!
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Vitaliano, or Vita and I'm a Mechatronics Engineering student at ITESM in Guadalajara, Mexico. now you may ask yourself, how is an engineer going to write about business and sales? I haven't finished yet.
I studied a mayor in high school in business administration, where i learned the works of management, economics, etc. In my last semester, we did a project to "start" a company, from filing LCC papers to market studies, tax declarations, balance sheets, you name it! I did my practices at the administrative offices at Mc Donald's, a place I worked. i've been working for more than 5 years now and my current employment has been one of the most enjoyable yet: Real Estate sales.

I work for Imber a Constructor and Realtor, with over 40 years of experience building apartments, hotels, offices and retail stores. I am a Sales Associate and Coordinator of the sales process, so I know the way to get some great $$.
And this is what this blog is about, to help you find the key things about running a company or business and to succeed at its goal: to sell.
I will write this blog conversationally, as if you’re my new friend and we’re having coffee
in a local neighborhood cafe. While I will interact with you as if you’re my friend, let’s face it: I
don’t have a clue who you are. I don’t have intimate details about your past, your age, your biases, your spouse, or your education. Therefore, I need to make some general assumptions to
ensure that our conversation seems personal to you. My assumptions:
• You look around your life and think, “there’s got to be more.”
• You have big dreams, yet you’re concerned that the road you’re traveling will never
converge with those dreams.
• You’re college-bound, college-enrolled, or college-educated.
• You have a job you don’t enjoy or isn’t going to make you rich.
• You have little savings and carry a load of debt.
• You see rich people and wonder, “how did they do it?”
• You have bought a few “get rich quick” books and/or programs.
• You live in a free, democratic society where education and free choice are standards.
• Your parents subscribe to the old school: “Go to college and get a good job.”
• You don’t have any physical talent; your chances of becoming a professional athlete,
singer, entertainer, or actor are zero.
• You are young and full of enthusiasm about the future, but unsure where to direct it.
• You are older and have been in the workforce for some time. After all these years, you
don’t have a lot to show for it and are tired of “starting over.”
• You’ve put your heart and soul into a job only to be laid off due to a bad economy or
cutbacks.
• You’ve lost money in the stock market or traditional investments championed by
mainstream financial gurus.
If some of these assumptions reflect your situation, this blog will have an impact.
Because pursuing a career, LIFE as a Sales Rep or an Entrepreneur will open the following roads for you:
-Ability to follow (and accomplish!) your dreams
-Ability to have an unlimited income potential (0 to infinity USD a month!)
-Ability to truly enjoy life
-A truly challenging, motivating, self improving career

Almost all of what i will write will be from my personal experiences and points of view, so I Disclose Now that all info is to be taken with a pinch of salt, and what may have worked for me may or may not work for you. Because in this game, its about (at first) trial and error. If i make references, they will be clearly quoted.

Now without further ado, let's get started!
PS. As I am bilingual (lived in the US for 8 years) I will also make posts in Spanish.
